Cancellation policy

SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENT PLAN POLICY

Tiger Shark Mermaid offers recurring payment plans for certain custom-made products. These plans allow an approved customer to divide the cost of a custom order into scheduled recurring payments.

By purchasing a payment plan, you authorize Tiger Shark Mermaid and its payment processor to automatically charge the payment method provided at checkout according to the payment schedule displayed on the product page and at checkout.

CUSTOM-MADE ORDERS

Payment plans are associated with a specific custom order. Custom design work may begin after the first payment is received. Physical production may begin once a majority of the agreed purchase price has been paid.

Because these products are individually designed and/or produced for each customer, payments already processed under a payment plan are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your recurring payment plan at any time. Cancellation stops future recurring charges that have not yet been processed.

Cancellation does not refund, reverse, or otherwise return payments that were successfully processed before the cancellation date.

Payments already made will be retained by Tiger Shark Mermaid. At Tiger Shark Mermaid's discretion, the amount previously paid may be held as a non-refundable credit toward the customer's custom order if the customer wishes to resume the project at a later date.

Any design work, planning, sourcing, materials, labor, administrative work, or production completed before cancellation may be covered by payments already received.

Cancelling the recurring payment plan does not require Tiger Shark Mermaid to complete or ship an order when the full agreed purchase price has not been paid.

PAYMENT PLAN COMPLETION

Each payment plan automatically ends after the number of scheduled payments specified when the customer purchases the plan. No additional recurring payments will be collected after the scheduled plan has been completed unless the customer separately authorizes another purchase or payment arrangement.

For example, a 14-payment plan consists of the initial payment collected at checkout followed by 13 recurring monthly payments.

SHIPPING

Unless specifically stated otherwise, shipping is not included in the recurring payment plan.

Once the custom product is completed and ready for shipment, the customer will receive a separate shipping charge based on the destination, package size, weight, carrier, and applicable shipping costs.

The completed product will not be shipped until the product balance and any separately invoiced shipping charges have been paid in full.

FAILED PAYMENTS

If a scheduled payment fails, production may be paused until the payment issue is resolved. Tiger Shark Mermaid may also delay completion or shipment while an outstanding balance remains.

CUSTOMER AUTHORIZATION

By purchasing a recurring payment plan, the customer acknowledges and agrees to:

• The recurring payment amount and billing frequency displayed at checkout.
• The total number of scheduled payments associated with the selected plan.
• Automatic recurring billing using the payment method provided.
• The custom-made nature of the order.
• The non-refundable nature of payments already processed.
• The right to cancel future recurring payments at any time.
• The retention of payments already made if the plan is cancelled.
• Shipping being charged separately when applicable.
• Completion and shipment being subject to the agreed order balance being paid in full.

Cancellation of a payment plan prevents future scheduled charges but does not constitute a refund of payments previously made.
