CUSTOM ARTWORK, SILICONE WORK & HANDMADE ITEMS
All custom silicone creations, custom artwork, handmade pieces, and made-to-order items are final sale.
Because each item is created specifically for you using specialty materials, these products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
This includes:
- Custom silicone tops
- Custom accessories
- Custom artwork
- Made-to-order mermaid pieces
- Any item created specifically based on your requested colors, details, or measurements
These items are handcrafted and unique — therefore non-refundable.
LUXURY CANDLE RETURN POLICY (FRAGRANCE EFFECT LINE)
Fragrance Effect luxury candles are crafted in small batches using premium ingredients.
To maintain product quality, safety, and hygiene, candles cannot be returned or refunded once they have been opened, used, or burned.
Unused candles may only be considered for review if:
- The candle is completely unused and unlit,
- It remains in its original packaging,
- You contact us within 48 hours of delivery,
- And there is a clear defect or damage that occurred during shipping.
If your candle arrives damaged, please email photos of:
- The candle
- The packaging
- Your order number
Your case will be reviewed, and we will advise you on the next steps.
WHAT I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR
I am responsible for:
- Creating and packaging your order with care
- Following the agreed-upon design or product description
- Shipping your order to the exact address provided
- Supplying a valid tracking number
- Ensuring your items leave my facility in proper condition
If a mistake occurs on my end (such as sending the wrong item), I will fix it.
WHAT I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR
Once the package is handed to the carrier, I am no longer responsible for:
- Lost or missing packages
- Stolen packages
- Delayed deliveries
- Carrier-damaged packages
- Packages marked “Delivered” but not received
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer
These issues must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
- I cannot change, update, or reroute an address after the order has shipped.
- If the address is incorrect and the package is lost, I cannot issue a refund or replacement.
- If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
DAMAGED ITEMS UPON ARRIVAL
If your order arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so I can help guide next steps or assist you in filing a claim.
TRACKING INFORMATION
All orders include tracking. Once the carrier scans the package, the carrier assumes full responsibility for delivery.
