Order Communication
All order inquiries, address updates, and questions must be sent to tigersharkmermaid@gmail.com. Messages sent through social media are not considered official communication and may be missed.
Address Changes and Shipping Information
If you need to update your shipping address, you must include the full new address in your email request. Requests that do not contain the complete updated address cannot be processed. I am not liable for items shipped to the wrong address if the correct address was not provided in writing.
Once a package has shipped, the address cannot be changed or intercepted. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for all reshipment fees.
Custom Silicone Items
All custom silicone items, including mermaid tops and accessories, are made to order and created specifically for each individual. Due to their custom nature, I do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once work has begun.
Handcrafted pieces may have natural variations in color, pattern, or texture, which are not considered defects. Any design changes requested after final approval may require an additional fee.
Shipping, Loss, and Delivery Issues
Once an order has been handed to the postal carrier, I am not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping service. If an issue arises, please contact me and I will do my best to assist you.
Due to the high material cost and handcrafted nature of custom silicone items, replacements for lost packages are handled on a case-by-case basis.
