ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME

 

All orders are processed in the order they are received.

Processing times may vary depending on the product:


  • Custom Silicone Mermaid Tails: Each tail is handcrafted and uniquely weighted. Processing time varies based on design complexity and current workload.
  • Custom Silicone Work / Accessories: Processing time varies depending on materials and design.
  • Fragrance Effect Luxury Candles: Typically ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

 

 


SHIPPING FEES FOR SILICONE MERMAID TAIL

Because every silicone mermaid tail is custom-sculpted, uniquely weighted, and varies in final size, exact shipping costs cannot be calculated until the tail is completed.

  • Shipping is billed after the tail is finished.
  • If you purchased the tail through Shopify, you are required to pay the shipping fee listed in the tail’s description.
  • Your tail will not be shipped until the final shipping invoice is paid in full.

This ensures accurate pricing based on final weight, packaging, and distance.

 

 

 

ADDRESS ACCURACY 

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

  • I cannot change, update, reroute, or correct an address after an order has shipped.
  • If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete and the package is lost, delayed, or returned, the customer is fully responsible for any additional shipping fees.
  • If the package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipment costs.

Entering the wrong address may delay your order significantly.

 

 

 

LOST, MISSING, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

 

Once your order leaves my studio and is scanned by the shipping carrier, I am no longer responsible for the package.

This includes:

  • Lost packages
  • Missing or stolen packages
  • Delayed deliveries
  • Packages marked “Delivered” but not received
  • Carrier misrouting or errors

If an issue occurs after shipment, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.

This is standard policy for independent artists and small businesses.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives with visible shipping damage that has caused visible damage to the item, please contact me within 48 hours with:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

I will review your case and guide you on next steps or assist you in submitting a carrier claim.

Damage caused by the carrier is not the responsibility of my shop, but I will assist where possible.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers are responsible for:

  • Import fees
  • Duties
  • VAT
  • Any customs charges required by their country
  • Delays caused by customs processing

 

 

 

TRACKING INFORMATION

 

Tracking will be emailed once your package ships.

The shipping carrier assumes full responsibility once the package is scanned into their system.
