The pectoral fins have wire inside the, so you can bend them outwards or inwards.

With this shape, I do my best to make sure the weight is as evenly distributed as possible but there is a slight unevenness with the weight distribution. But once you swim in it and your body becomes accustom to it, it’s easy to maneuver around underwater.
